Follow a few steps and your body will follow. Weight loss is not about divorcing foods you love.

You know divorce rates are high. Well it is just as tough divorcing foods you love! So why not learn living with them.
#1 Every morning start with fiber and end every night with it too. My choice is Evergreen Gentle Lax, and I combine it with a Gentle Liver cleanse specially on weekends when I go out a lot! The 2 together make a great booty shake down.

#6 Okay, so exercise? You did if you vacuumed for 15 minutes, took the laundry up and down the stairs 4 times today and you walked another 15. Walk walk walk. Take your date!
